Magazine Feature Article

I chose to go with a magazine feature article in order to display influencing musical factors on well-known artists like Kendrick Lamar and Adele. I chose this genre because it really pops out and has an intriguing look, which I was aiming for. I utilized genre conventions such as headings, captions, quotes, and images of the artists in order to make the article stand out. The color scheme and the enthusiastic tone also draw in the readers and it keeps their attention. I appreciate this artifact as it allowed for me to learn about different genres and it made me step out of my comfort zone and do something that I never did before.
